We publish original writing from people who work in American real estate. If you have something to teach our readers, we would like to read it.
What we are looking for
- Original, first-hand analysis or experience: what you saw, what it means, what readers can do with it.
- Roughly 700 to 1,500 words, with a clear point of view and specific examples.
- Claims backed by a source we can check. We verify figures, quotes and names before anything is published.
What we do not publish
- Promotional copy written to sell a product or service. If you want to reach our audience commercially, see Marketing Solutions; that content is always labelled as sponsored.
- Text that has appeared elsewhere, or that was generated without a human author taking responsibility for it.
- Articles that exist mainly to carry links.
How review works
Every submission is read by an editor, who may ask for changes. A second editor approves it before it goes live. You keep the rights to your work and grant us permission to publish it; we credit you by name with a short author note. Links in guest posts are limited and marked so that search engines do not treat them as endorsements.
